Sewing Goals

In order to improve my skills I've put together some goals for 2009 - see sidebar. I have um.. quite a few patterns but have been scared to sew them because I am not confident with a technique that is involved. I hate to screw stuff up but I'm going to have to get over that. My list of sewing goals are just a few of the things I want to try and hopefully add to my repertoire of sewing skills (which is currently empty). I have patterns picked out for each month but I won't share until the beginning of the month because you know it will change. This will keep me accountable because I will have to report my success or failure at month end.
